Paternity Leave: How much is enough?

In Sweden it is required for men to take at least two months paternity leave before their child reaches the age of eight.  Some members of the Swedish Government are pushing to extend the required paternity leave to three months.  This Wall Street Journal article talks more in depth about the idea:  Wall Street Journal.  What do you think about Sweden’s policy?  How much paternity leave is enough?  Would you like to see a similar type of policy here in the U.S. ?
