For its annual Talent Shortage Survey, ManpowerGroup surveyed nearly 40,000 employers across 42 countries and territories. The recently released 2013 survey is the eighth in the series. The survey found that 35% of the employers surveyed are experiencing difficulty filling jobs due to lack of available talent. This statistic represents a slight rise in comparison to last year’s survey results, and is the highest proportion of employers expressing concern about lack of talent since 2007.
